Responsibilities
- To acquire and grow Branches, Agent Managers, Agents, Accounts Volume and Transactions volume from time to time in line with KPI.
- Create awareness of the Bank Products and services.
- Identifying and marketing of prospective retail markets/cluster for Agents and account acquisitions.
- Assist in organizing sales/cluster STORMS and other retail sales campaigns.
- Driving Agents/Agents Managers to meet their set target.
- Resolution of customer related issues
- Assist in the managing ongoing marketing and promotional activities.
- Agent recruitment, onboarding and management.
- Manage agent registration, set-up, branding and promotion.
- Liaise as an intermediary between the bank and the agent/agent managers.
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by Regional Head.
- And any other duties that might be assigned from time to time
SKILLS NECESSARY FOR JOB FUNCTION:
- Agent Network Management
- Sales and Product distribution experience
- Full knowledge of retail, products and MSME businesses.
- Knowledge of the Agency Banking ecosystem
- Team player
- Social networking skills
