Role Expectation
Manage all HR activities:
- Recruitment (Placement, Shortlisting, Onboarding and Offer etc)
- HMO, NSTIF, GLI & GRA
- Staff Welfare
- Training & Development
- Performance Management
- KSS or other inhouse meeting forum management
- ITF Reimbursement ( very important)
- Head Count Analysis and Manpower planning
- Drawing up HR expenditure & budget ( under supervision)
- Staff Conflict Resolution amongst other related issues.
- Payroll Administration & Analysis.
Qualifications
- B.A, B.Sc or HND in related discipline
- Years of experience: 3 - 6 years experience
- Professional Qualification: CIPM or other internationally recognized professional qualifications (Compulsory).
Skills Expectation:
- Strong Use of Excel
- Strong HR Analytic skills
- Strong people management skills
- Self Driven, motivated and ready to work within a team
- Good written and communication skills.
Remuneration
- N250,000 Monthly Gross
- Leave Bonus (12.5% of Annual Basic)
