Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an internal marketing programme.
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
- Build and develop communications with define/target audience
- Provide marketing plans, advertising and direct marketing campaigns
- Support the marketing manager in delivering cost effective budgets
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing collateral
- Prepare creative content for both online and print campaigns (videos and blog post)
- Support LBSL social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to engage, motivate, and inform
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Research and analyses market trends, competitor, offerings, demographics and other information that affects marking strategies
- Identifies area for improvement in service offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy and promotional activities.
- Weighs in on important decision involving services advertising, media channels and branding
- Monitors marketing activities and assists in adjusting strategies as needed.
- Adheres and implement all company policies and procedures.

- Return on Marketing Investment each month
- Increase in revenue generation capabilities of LBSL (subject to actual/determined LBSL objectives)
- Sales Revenue
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Business-related field, from an accredited Higher Education Institution
- Five (5) years post-qualification experience in Business Management or any other relevant field
- Membership of relevant professional body
