Job Description



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement an internal marketing programme.

  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

  • Build and develop communications with define/target audience

  • Provide marketing plans, advertising and direct marketing campaigns

  • Support the marketing manager in delivering cost effective budgets

  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing collateral

  • Prepare creative content for both online and print campaigns (videos and blog post)

  • Support LBSL social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to engage, motivate, and inform

  • Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions

  • Maintain and update customer databases

  • Research and analyses market trends, competitor, offerings, demographics and other information that affects marking strategies

  • Identifies area for improvement in service offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy and promotional activities.

  • Weighs in on important decision involving services advertising, media channels and branding

  • Monitors marketing activities and assists in adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Adheres and implement all company policies and procedures.


KPIs



  • Return on Marketing Investment each month

  • Increase in revenue generation capabilities of LBSL (subject to actual/determined LBSL objectives)

  • Sales Revenue


Qualifications and Work Experience



  • Business-related field, from an accredited Higher Education Institution

  • Five (5) years post-qualification experience in Business Management or any other relevant field

  • Membership of relevant professional body
