Ensures that all exports are documented correctly by providing applicable export documentation needed by each country of destination.
Read, interpret, and prepare applicable and required documentation as set forth in shipper’s letter of instructions, letters of credit LC , Form NXP, Form A, proforma invoice, NEPC Registration Certificate, Bill of Exit, Bill of Lading, Form EUR-1 other relevant Certificate of Quality and/or any other acceptable instructions or requirements of the clients
Confirm cargo labels and obtains correct signature from drivers upon complete loading.
Maintain a working knowledge of the regulations, guidelines, and/or company procedures and policies pertaining to exports and documentation and to be familiar with the applicable sources of support available whether in the form of reference books or individuals.
Ensure that export laws and regulations for export consignments under diverse payment terms are adhered to.
Perform word processing and data entry assignments including document distribution letters, insurance forms, and other international shipment related documents.
Verify freight received against receipt information and documentation.
Submit timely document directives to independent surveyors and freight forwarders to necessitate timely processing of exports.
Sign for cargo using the correct time, date and signature.
Must has expertise in sea freight and export air documentation
Copy and duplicate materials, prepare and transmit emails.
Establish, maintain, process and/or update export files, records, and other documents.
Prepare commercial documents in accordance with export, and handles record keeping requirements to support timely payment of product.
Communicates with forwarders associated with the shipment process to ease order volume flow.
Provide advice on the most affordable mode of transport to facilitate cost effectiveness.
Get update compliance risks and generates risk assessment measures to ensure the daily consignments are delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Export and Import Documentation preparation role. Preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including customs procedures, tariffs, and licensing requirements.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft suites and logistics management systems.
Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to tight schedules.
