Job Description



  • Act as the point of contact between the manger and suppliers.

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

  • Act as the procurement officer with excellent price negotiation

  • Making inventory and keeping records of all warehouse items

  • Running of errands and ability to profer solutions when problem arises.

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

  • Making enquiries and offering personal assistant to the manager.

  • Any duties assigned to you by your manager.


Job Requirements



  • Graduate and done with NYSC.

  • 1 - 4 years work experience.

  • Proficient in MS office suite.

  • Diplomatic withPositive attitude towards work.

  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure.

  • Excellent communicator with great time management skills.

  • Fluency in Hausa is an added advantage.
