Job Description

• This individual will be responsible for interacting with customers and providing them with information in response to their inquiries about our products and services.


• The ideal candidate should be passionate about building sustainable business relationships and providing outstanding customer service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and clients into the clinic, ensuring to capture and register their details.


• Enlighten patients about our free eye check-ups and persuade them to come to have their eyes checked.


• Attain daily client goals established by the management team while complying with company and local policies and procedures.


• Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.


• Follow up on patients who have finished test procedures and ensure they see an optometrist.


• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
