Enlighten patients about our free eye check-ups and persuade them to come to have their eyes checked.
Attain daily client goals established by the management team while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.
Follow up on patients who have finished test procedures and ensure they see an optometrist.
