Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd – Level Helpdesk support  


• Investigate & reply to queries from Users  


• Plan, Monitor & Optimize IT support activities.  


• Managing the efficiency & quantity of IT support services.  


• Monitoring & escalation of users’ requests according to relevant SLA.  


• Manage the configuration, maintenance & repair of IT equipment.  


• Maintain an inventory of all Hardware deployed to users.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshooting and solving computer network, and  TCP/IP- related problems.  


• Knowledge of Basic Router and Switch configuration  


• Knowledge of Modem configuration to support both wireless  and wired network   

Salary: 55,000 Net
