Very qualified arbitrators with hands-on practical experience in at least one arbitration must be a lawyer with at least 10 years of post-call experience. And be willing to resolve contractual disputes between management and labor, address the interests of different parties in bargaining situations such as public sector labor relations, settle litigated claims through court-annexed programs, and resolve community disputes.
