Job Role

• Developing and implementing Aircraft Maintenance Programs, including scheduled maintenance, defect control, reliability programs, and airworthiness directives


• Monitoring the airworthiness of aircraft fleet, including reviewing technical records, maintenance documentation, and airworthiness directives compliance


• Leading and managing the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) department, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and procedures


• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including maintenance, engineering, flight operations, and procurement departments, to ensure effective communication and collaboration


• Managing the maintenance planning process, including forecasting maintenance requirements, coordinating maintenance activities, and optimizing aircraft downtime


• Providing technical guidance and support to the CAMO team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development


• Preparing monthly utilization reports


• Preparing reports and performing other duties as may be required by the Director, Maintenance & Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or a related field


• 3-5 years experience as a CAMO Engineer or Technical Planner in Aviation


• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance software and record-keeping systems


• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
