Key Elements of the Role
- Report to the Sales Manager
- Starting sales conversations with potential clients over the phone
- Asking question to engage clients and keep the discussion going
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering product-related questions from customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
- Being attentive to customers' requirements in order to encourage repeat sales
- Collecting and documenting customer information, transactions, and reactions to products
- Meeting sales quotas
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of OND degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in telesales role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding negotiating abilities
- Courteous approach
- Be a good team player
