• Are you a culinary artist with a passion for creating mouthwatering pizzas and shawarma? we are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook delicious pizza and shawarma according to recipes and customer preferences.


• Ensure high-quality ingredients are used in all food preparations.


• Monitor food stock and place orders for ingredients when necessary.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Proven experience as a Pizza/Sharwama Chef, with a focus on quality and presentation.


• Excellence knowledge of pizza and shawarma dough, sauces, and toppings.


• Ability to prepare a variety of pizza and shawarma, including specialty and custom orders.


• Strong understanding of food safety practices and hygiene regulations.


• Dominos / Panarott is work experience is an added advantage.
