Job Description



Responsibilities:



  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, in person and social media

  2. Researching prospects and generating leads.

  3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services

  4. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

  5. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  6. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

  7. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

  8. Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports

  9. Managing the sales process from start to finish.

  10. Building and maintaining a CRM database.

  11. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  12. Participating in sales team meetings.


Qualifications



  1. Minimum academic qualification of a degree in sales, business or related field.

  2. Experience in sales especially with small businesses will be beneficial

  3. Access to a large pool of small business contacts is an added advantage 

  4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

  5. Strong verbal and written communication.

  6. Excellent phone and presentation skills.

  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, CRM, and sales software programs.

  8. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  1. ₦‎ 75, 000 - ₦‎ 250, 000 with bonus for exceeding sales target.
