Job Objective



  • Responsible for revenue assurance from all revenue generating units of Upbeat.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities



  • Check the daily F&B/M&E/Customer Service End of day sales report on ERP/EZ-runner and Pxier for accuracy and reconcile with Bank statement transactions (POS/Bank transfer/Charge back)

  • Able to effectively control the F&B/M&E/Customer Service Cost.

  • Control the Kitchen and Bar in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.

  • Prepare variance analysis report for F&B/M&E/Customer Service and submit to the senior accountant

  • Ensure that the procurement department receives items purchased on ERP as at when due.

  • Ensure that the inventory/storekeeper department issue items on ERP as at when due.

  • Check and verify voids in the ERP software.

  • Check and verify all Restaurant Sales, M&E sales, complimentary sales ,Staff meal and discounts on the ERP software.

  • Check and verify all Package meals on ERP.

  • Check and verify all settlements done on the POS system.

  • Check the cost of sales for all revenue generating department and ensure that the costs are within budget.

  • Check the menu pricing on the ERP software and ensure the correct prices are loaded.

  • Tally all end of shift reports generated from all POS tills.

  • Continuously study weaknesses in F&B/M&E/Customer Service control implemented and provide suggestions for improvements.

  • Ensure raw materials are properly linked with Recipes on the Material Control software.

  • Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and submit to the senior accountant.

  • Responsible for monthly F&B/M&E/Customer Service Report and submit to the senior accountant.

  • Responsible for conducting spot checks at the Kitchen and Bar.

  • Participate in daily stock taking and month end stock take for all the department.

  • Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality and expiration date.

  • Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.


Experience & Qualifications



  • A First Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant numerate discipline.

  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in similar role.

  • Knowledge and experience of the hospitality sector will be an added advantage.
