Job Description
Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to identify customers needs, make sales, answer questions about our products and assist the store manager in his or her absence.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, direct and assist customers as they shop for products
- Maintain good customer relations and data through sound product knowledge.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Assist customers in finding desired products in stock and offering alternatives where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Strong selling techniques.
- Familiar with Microsoft office.
