Job Description

• Our client is currently recruiting a Cost Controller to manage their projects. The Cost Controller will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and controlling costs associated with large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cost control systems and procedures


• Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability


• Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections


• Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price


• Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost


• Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor in related field, such as Finance


• Experience handling several construction projects simultaneously


• 8+ years experience.
