• Ability to translate business strategy into product strategy.


• Directing the customers to mechandise section within the store.


• Developing strategies to increase sales in the store.


• Attending to customers on social media platform.


• Providing Outstanding customer service experience.


• Introduce Promotions and opportunities to customers.


• Analyse sales records and present to team when required.

Job Specification

• An NCE / ND holder


• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role.
