  • We are looking to employ a Business Development Executive to thrive in the open market, prospect and meet with periodic sales targets.

  • The Sales Executive must be a creative and conceptual thinker with superb sales strategy, time management skills and a goal-getter.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and share workable sales strategies for the office.

  • Manage, coordinate and oversee the office operations.

  • Take part in the overall monthly income target to meetand exceed the set target.

  • Motivate and work with the staff membersto achieve high results.

  • Critically think about quality programs and delivery strategies to strengthen the office.

  • Liaise with the staff membersto manage concerns and share reports with them for possible solutions.

  • Develop and send reports to the MD to influence data-driven decisions.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

  • 2 - 5 years work experience.
