JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute and manage marketing and lead generation activities across various acquisition channels - organic, social, paid and events.
- Plan, execute and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns (with drip, blast campaigns) to engage leads and customers along their customer journeys.
- Manage social media business assets including Email (CRM and automation systems), Social (LinkedIn, Facebook/IG, Twitter, YouTube) and Community focused channels (Telegram, Slack, Webinar software).
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies for brand visibility and conversions.
- Create and edit original marketing content for various media, including website, landing pages, blogs, PR, and advertising.
- Monitor digital analytics across all channels and optimize strategy for higher conversions and less spend with insights obtained from the data.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You are passionate about marketing.
- You have experience growing a start-up's online marketing presence, building a sustainable community, and smashing KPI's.
- You have some experience coordinating and managing digital events e.g webinars, podcasts etc (or have strong desire to learn).
- You're a storyteller with exceptional writing ability and experience blogging.
- A keen eye for design (i.e you know your way around Canva, Figma, Google Slides etc, and can communicate a design brief to a Graphic Designer or Video creator).
- Strong knowledge and experience with marketing tools and technologies (or strong desire to learn), including the Google Stack (Google Analytics, Firebase + GA, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Docs, Sheets & Slides), SEO/SEM (Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Semrush or Moz, Google Search Console & Keyword Planner), Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Zapier), Product Analytics Tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar).

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Marketing certifications are a plus.
