We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at an international chain of cafes. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our cafes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and implementing effective HR strategies to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Ensure the effective implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and promote employee retention.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, making recommendations for improvements and implementing innovative HR solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the relevant location(s).
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Strong understanding of performance management systems and employee development programs.
Familiarity with employee benefits and compensation programs in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle employee relations matters effectively and confidentially.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
