We are seeking an experienced (Female) Legal Team Leader to join our dynamic and growing Legal department. As the Legal Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Legal professionals, providing leadership,direction, and guidance to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead, manage,and develope a team of legal professionals, including lawyers, paralegals and support staff.

  • Provide legal guidance and advice on a range of issues to internal stakeholders, including senior management and other departments.

  • Develope and implement legal strategies, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development of legal positions and strategies.

  •  Draft, review and negotiate a range of legal legal documents including contracts, agreements and legal opinions.

  •  Manage legal disputes and litigation, including instructing external counsel where nescessary.

  • Ensure the legal team's performance is in line with department's goals and objectives and continually review and improve processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.


Requirements:



  • Qualified (female) lawyer with a minimum of 8years postqualification experience

  • Previous experience managing a legal team, including lawyers and support staff.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think strategically

  • Sound judgment and decision making skills with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  •  Strong commitment to professional development and staying up to date with legal developments
