Requirements

• A minimum of Seven (7) years’ cognate experience, five (5) years of which must have been at Senior Management level


• Strong project management and contracting skills


• Strong business ethics


• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills


• In-depth understanding of the industry including Hospitality or FMCG.


• Competence in generating appropriate reports for each of the functions being supervised.


• High level of integrity and objectivity anchored by their fundamental professional competence and due care, confidentiality, and professional behavior


• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy


• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
