  • Overseeing the bakery unit/store management

  • Ensuring bakery staff deliver outstanding customer service

  • Delegating tasks on a daily basis

  • Implementing advertising and marketing strategies

  • Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures/ensuring food safety standards are met

  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of baking techniques and bakery products

  • Giving necesarry training to staff

  • Creating bakery department policies and procedures and workplace practices/enforcing company policies and overall company practices

  • Ensuring bakery product quality through quality control

  • Ensure adequate product quantity

  • Monitoring inventory levels/Inventory control

  • Coordinating activities with other departments

  • Introducing quick sale items for creating increased sales

  • Updating computer software


Requirements



  • Graduate Degree or B.Sc in a related field

  • 4- 6 years of experience in a related mid level management role.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in addition to strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent management skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skill

  • Exceptional planning abilities, attention to detail, and delivery.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly organized with concern for detail and a commitment to rigor.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage teams.

  • Flexible work attitude: the ability to work productively in a team environment and the ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.
