Job Description

The Human Resource Assistant amongst other duties will be able to:



  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance reviews.

  • Process payroll, including entering timesheets, calculating deductions, and distributing paychecks.

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

The successful Individual will also have;



  • B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 2 years+ of experience in a Human Resources administrative role.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Coreldraw.

  • Social media savvy

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to work on Saturdays.

  • Must be male for gender equality.

  • The candidate must be a resident of Asaba, Delta State or be willing to relocate to Asaba, Delta State

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Track record of over-achieving quota.


Salary

N150,000 Monthly (negotiable based on experience and skill).
