The Human Resource Assistant amongst other duties will be able to:
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance reviews.
- Process payroll, including entering timesheets, calculating deductions, and distributing paychecks.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The successful Individual will also have;
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years+ of experience in a Human Resources administrative role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Coreldraw.
- Social media savvy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays.
- Must be male for gender equality.
- The candidate must be a resident of Asaba, Delta State or be willing to relocate to Asaba, Delta State
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly (negotiable based on experience and skill).
