The head of growth is responsible for driving the company's growth by increasing its customer base, optimising marketing efforts, and identifying new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of business operations and the marketing industry, an analytical mindset and the ability to think outside the box, as well superb leadership and management skills.
You must also stay up-to-date with industry trends and perform regular, thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify best practices and apply them to our marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Define, implement and evaluate growth strategies and processes
Drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement
Optimising existing and establishing new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals
Analysing business performance and creating monthly/quarterly reviews
Optimising the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights
Maintaining relationships with decision-makers across our target client/customer base
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities that aligns with company’s goals
Conducting research about competitors in order to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share
Creating marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
