About the role



  • The head of growth is responsible for driving the company's growth by increasing its customer base, optimising marketing efforts, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • To be successful in this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of business operations and the marketing industry, an analytical mindset and the ability to think outside the box, as well superb leadership and management skills.

  • You must also stay up-to-date with industry trends and perform regular, thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify best practices and apply them to our marketing initiatives.


Key responsibilities



  • Define, implement and evaluate growth strategies and processes

  • Drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement

  • Optimising existing and establishing new, cost-effective processes to achieve and exceed our revenue goals

  • Analysing business performance and creating monthly/quarterly reviews

  • Optimising the effectiveness of existing marketing channels such as emails, social media, website, etc., based on data-driven insights

  • Maintaining relationships with decision-makers across our target client/customer base

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities that aligns with company’s goals

  • Conducting research about competitors in order to identify opportunities for the company to gain market share

  • Creating marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth Manager

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of campaign management tools (Active Campaign, HubSpot. Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.).
