Job Brief



  • We are looking for a Petrol Station Manager. The right candidate will handle and coordinate daily activity at the station, which may include handling customer complaints while ensuring steady supply of petroleum product at all times, and effectively manage all aspect of the business.


Job Responsibilities



  • Overseer the day-to-day operations as it relates to the Petrol Station.

  • Oversee and track daily inventory level and stocking activities.

  • Prepare and report daily sales and reconcile the petrol station account

  • Formulate strategy to improve sales

  • Conduct bi-weekly market survey

  • Organize & train the pump attendant to ensure orderliness is maintain during sales

  • Organize the station mini-mart to optimize it full capacity to reflect an increase in revenue

  • Formulate strategy for effective customer service & retention

  • Use discretion to assess business needs and make recommendation where necessary

  • Monitor & enforce compliance to safety procedures

  • Foster a cooperative and motivating spirit amongst staff


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years experience

  • Good analytical & critical thinking

  • Ability to create accountability and lead by example

  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

  • Ability to use accounting software for sales analysis and inventory reconciliation
