Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Science or related discipline
Professional certification in Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Minimum of eight (8) years relevant work experience in a similar role, with at least four (4) years in a management role.
Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships across all organisational levels and manage change initiatives.
