Job Purpose

• The role manages the commercial and business aspects of all Civil Engineering and Construction projects.


• The incumbent is expected to help the organisation realise value and maximum returns on investment through market development, prospecting, contract and financial management.

Requirements

• First Degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, 5 of which must be in a management role.


• A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or any relevant professional certification


• Knowledge of the civil engineering and construction industry in relation to materials procurement, industry regulations etc.


• Extensive experience leading construction project teams to deliver against set targets.
