Summary

We are lookig to hire A  Business Manager for our client in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate  will oversee the daily operations of a real estate business, including managing personnel, finances, and all the company’s assets and properties. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in  hospital and real estate management and also possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities               

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's financial goals.


• Drive the business growth and expansion initiatives


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing employees and delegating tasks.


• Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet legal and safety standards.


• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.


• Manage budgets, financial statements, and reports.


• Identify and implement opportunities for business growth and expansion.


• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in real estate management, with a proven track record of success.
