We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively promoting and selling our bedding products to supermarkets and hotels. This is a key role that requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the supermarket and hotel sectors.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including supermarkets, hotel chains, independent hotels, and resorts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of our bedding products.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to ensure profitable deals and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the bedding, hospitality, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the supermarket and hotel market, including key players, trends, and purchasing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events.
