Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Manage all accounting transactions.

  • Prepare budget forecasts.

  • Timely preparation of financial statements.

  • Handle monthly,quarterly and annual closings.

  • Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

  • Timely payments of funds into the bank.

  • Computation of tax returns.

  • Report on company's financial health and liquidity.

  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.


Education



  • B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or other relevant Degree

  • ACA,ACCA certificate is an added advantage.


Experience:



  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience


Skills:



  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures,including the international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

  • Hands -on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and Tally

  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.

  • Experience with general ledger functions.

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skill
