Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or accounts.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Present and demonstrate our product offerings to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing materials.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve products and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product line, features, and benefits.
- Train and educate customers on product offerings, including ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training sessions, and company events.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience
- Candidates must have Experience in the Snacks and Confectionaries Industry.
