We are seeking an experienced administrative officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our flower company, including managing schedules, organizing paperwork, and coordinating with other departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for flowers.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules and appointments for executives and other staff members
Organize and maintain paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and other documents
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
2+ years of experience in administrative support
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
