Job Overview



  • The Key Account Manager is a seasoned Customer Management software salesperson to position and sell licenses.


Primary Objectives



  • Satisfy revenue targets for licenses across the CRM, ERP, HRMS & Contact Center Management in Nigeria

  • Competency in positioning the portfolio at a “C” level

  • Building a deep and active engagement model with Clients

  • Creating a tailored ‘case for transformation’ and solution proposal with supporting business case for each opportunity

  • Close opportunities in a timely and managed process

  • Sales lead generation and pipeline management

  • Lead account plan and coverage model to identify target clients.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

  • 8 years applicable experience, including 6 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record.

  • Seasoned software sales professional with solid experience in the areas of

  • Customer Relationship Management & Contact Center Management in Nigeria

  • Proven experience selling Customer Management software solutions

  • Experience in shaping and developing significant investment initiatives/projects of $US 1M and upwards, including business case development, detailed solution scope, implementation approach, and plan.

  • Deep knowledge of the Nigerian market and software solution sale industry is vital. The ability to bring in insights about the emerging trends in FSI, ICT, and Services sectors’ buying patterns relative to customer management and contact center solution is highly relevant

  • Proven network of executive-level contacts within the Nigerian business community.

  • Knowledge of IT and or Customer Management is desirous

  • Proven problem-solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills

  • Self-driven and ability to deliver results with less supervision

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.

  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.

  • Local travel may be needed.
