Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing recruitment, selection, and induction.
- Ensure company’s procedure comply with employment regulations.
- Monitor time attendance and employee performance.
- Assist in handling disciplinary process and formal grievances.
- Assist to develop, advise, implement policies relating to personnel.
- Understand Company objectives, devise and implement policies which select, develop, train the right staff required.
- Staff training and development.
- Manage company appraisal system for designated employee cadre and conduct appraisal meetings
- Manage and monitor provision of emergency procedures, first aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment and incident reporting to the relevant authorities
- Work in collaboration with authorities to ensure workplace satisfies Health, Safety & welfare requirements
- Ensure all internal operations and systems comply with required legislation
Special Requirements and Skill
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry, and understanding of the frozen food category.
- Computer Literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation
- Demonstrate ability to work under pressure
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Be able to follow written procedures
- Follow plant GMP, Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines
- Highly organised and approachable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and discreet with the ability to handle sensitive HR Information
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.
- Excellent report writing.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
Other
- Years of Experience : Minimum 6 years of related experience in manufacturing sector including proven experience in meeting HR targets.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, International Relations, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
