Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintain growth of annual sales and increase the market share.
- Manage sales activities.
- Identify strategic sales opportunities and prepare plans to access them.
- Monitor changes in the market, and ensure the safe existence of the company.
- Review and analyze all sales reports, and submit monthly reports.
- Develop and execute territory plans to enable full area coverage
- Set and achieve realistic sales goals against company performance target
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to maximize annual sales targets.
Special Requirements and Skill
- Knowledge of the FMCG market, and understanding of the frozen food category.
- Proven experience in a sales management position.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.
- Leadership and Management skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Be able to follow written procedures
- Follow plant GMP, Health & Safety and Food Safety guideline
- Ability to work quickly and safely to meet sales and supplies requirement

Others
- Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years of related experience including proven experience in meeting sales targets.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
