Tasks & Responsibilities:



  1. Maintain growth of annual sales and increase the market share.

  2. Manage sales activities.

  3. Identify strategic sales opportunities and prepare plans to access them.

  4. Monitor changes in the market, and ensure the safe existence of the company.

  5. Review and analyze all sales reports, and submit monthly reports.

  6. Develop and execute territory plans to enable full area coverage

  7. Set and achieve realistic sales goals against company performance target

  8. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to maximize annual sales targets.


Special Requirements and Skill



  1. Knowledge of the FMCG market, and understanding of the frozen food category.

  2. Proven experience in a sales management position.

  3. Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.

  4. Leadership and Management skills.

  5. Negotiation and persuasion skills.

  6. Planning and organizing skills.

  7. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  8. Strong decision-making skills.

  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  10. Valid driver’s license.

  11. Ability and willingness to travel.

  12. Be able to follow written procedures

  13. Follow plant GMP, Health & Safety and Food Safety guideline

  14. Ability to work quickly and safely to meet sales and supplies requirement

  15. Strong problem-solving skill

  16. Strong analytical skill


Others



  1. Years of Experience: Minimum 6 years of related experience including proven experience in meeting sales targets.

  2. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
