Job Description



Tasks & Responsibilities:



  1. Assist in managing recruitment, selection, and induction.

  2. Ensure company’s procedure comply with employment regulations.

  3. Monitor time attendance and employee performance.

  4. Assist in handling disciplinary process and formal grievances.

  5. Assist to develop, advise, implement policies relating to personnel.

  6. Understand Company objectives, devise and implement policies which select, develop, train the right staff required.

  7. Staff training and development.

  8. Manage company appraisal system for designated employee cadre and conduct appraisal meetings

  9. Manage and monitor provision of emergency procedures, first aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment and incident reporting to the relevant authorities

  10. Work in collaboration with authorities to ensure workplace satisfies Health, Safety & welfare requirements

  11. Ensure all internal operations and systems comply with required legislation


Special Requirements and Skill



  1. Knowledge of the FMCG industry, and understanding of the frozen food category.

  2. Computer Literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  3. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills with the ability to communicate to all levels in the organisation

  4. Demonstrate ability to work under pressure

  5. Ability and willingness to travel

  6. Be able to follow written procedures

  7. Follow plant GMP, Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines

  8. Highly organised and approachable

  9. Excellent attention to detail

  10. Reliable and discreet with the ability to handle sensitive HR Information

  11. Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.

  12. Excellent report writing.

  13. Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  14. Strong decision-making skills.


Others



  1. Years of Experience : Minimum 6 years of related experience in manufacturing sector including proven experience in meeting HR targets.

  2. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, International Relations, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
