Conduct extensive desk research and literature reviews on relevant topics and issues.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analyses, including literature reviews, as required for prioritized journal articles, white papers, project briefs, reports and presentations.
Collaborate with the corporate and program communications teams to organize and participate in appropriate dissemination and knowledge sharing forums targeting relevant local and international stakeholders and end-users, such as webinars, scientific conferences, etc.
Perform other tasks as requested by the project leadership team.
Develop research and grant proposals, questionnaires, interview guides, and other research tools.
Write clear and concise reports and presentations.
Maintain regular communication with the research team lead, team members and other stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
Facilitate trainings and develop training materials.
Ensure quality control and ethical standards are adhered to in all work processes.
Requirement
Minimum of B.Sc./HND in relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrator/Research Executive in a Non-Governmental Organization
Must have research experience in a Non-Governmental Organization.
