Job Responsibilities

• Identifying and understanding the needs of the customers.


• Ensuring that customer profile falls within focus segment.


• Selling the Bank's products proactively to new/prospective customers.


• Obtaining relevant documents on all Bank products sold, e.g. identity documents, business registration documents, etc.


• Ensuring timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Direct Sales Manager.


• Participating in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.


• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.


• Directing all cross-selling opportunities identified to Direct Sales Manager.


• Ensuring the accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the Customer.


• Ensuring timely processing of all initiated Customer transactions.


• Updating call memos on a daily basis.


• Ensuring assigned sales targets and budgets are met.


• Participating in tactical sales/marketing activities.

Job Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline is required.


• Applicant should possess excellent interpersonal skills.


• The ability to retain important information is very key for this role.


• Sound consultative selling skills are required for the role.


• Applicants should possess excellent networking skills.


• Applicants should possess strong negotiation skills.


• The age range is between 23-35 years.


• Applicant should possess effective communication skills.


• Applicant should possess exceptional customer service skills.


• The role requires someone who is trustworthy, has integrity, and exhibits a can-do attitude.

Remuneration

• There is a fixed pay of N50,000 monthly.
