Responsibilities
User Interface (UI) Design:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Create visually consistent and pixel-perfect UI elements, icons, and graphical assets.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay updated on the latest UI trends, design patterns, and best practices.
User Experience (UX) Design:
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and customer experience maps.
- Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Branding:
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent visual brand identity for payZeep.
- Design and update brand guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and visual styles.
- Create marketing collateral, such as banners, social media graphics, presentations, and print materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Provide design support for brand-related campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
- Present and communicate design concepts, ideas, and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Actively participate in design critiques, team discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer and Brand Designer, preferably in a fintech or technology company.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
