The Corporate Planner who will report to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer and would be on the Leadership Team will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of the Corporate Strategy and Business Plan
- Responsible for managing the Project Management Office, ensuring all projects are properly scoped and tracked,
- Tracking and ensuring adherence to the Corporate Business Plan
- Developing and deploying key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring Corporate and functional performance
- Tracking Corporate and Functional performance, and facilitating corporate performance reviews
- Providing analytics support for decision-making to the Executives and Management
- Developing business cases as required for the company and key projects
- Reviewing and sharing business process improvement opportunities across the organisation
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline. An MBA or a Project Management certification will be an added advantage
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Management or any internationally recognised organisation
- Must possess up to 15 years of work experience, in business analysis, corporate planning, strategy formulation and execution, etc. with a demonstrable track record of delivery. Knowledge of the construction industry, Oil & Gas services, etc. is required.
