Job Summary



  • As a Sous Chef, you are responsible for planning and managing food preparation in all kitchen stations.


Responsibilities



  • Cook and prepare dishes

  • Direct food preparation processes

  • Assist the Chef De Cuisine to create menu items and meal designs

  • Assist the Chef De Cuisine in the administration and training of new kitchen staff

  • Ensure food quality and standards are maintained for all dishes created

  • Give report directly to the Chef De Cuisine on all kitchen activities

  • Raise requisition for food inventory needs

  • Manage the kitchen inventory.


Job Requirements



  • B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field

  • Qualification from a Culinary School

  • At least 3 years work experience in a similar role.


Salary



  • N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
