Role Description



  • The Head of Growth is analytical and creative.

  • A data driven person that uses technology to build and manage a comprehensive marketing plan, while at the same time leveraging their keen eye for design to become the custodian of everything that makes our brand special.


Responsibilities

What you'll do:



  • Work with the sales, content and marketing team to monitor sales/cancellation rates and recommend mitigation options.

  • Define, lead, collaborate, own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy.

  • Beta testing. Audience development. Positioning. User research.

  • Campaign planning and budgeting: working with the Senior team to recommend the right campaigns, phasing and spending.

  • Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to increase campaigns activity

  • Execute & optimize campaigns constantly to maximize ROAs

  • Solid knowledge of our brand, products, values, mission and customer. And always connect the five.

  • Enterprise modeling. Analytics. Market research. Competitive analysis.

  • Copywriting. Copy editing.

  • Beta testing. Audience development. Positioning. User research.

  • Design and optimize marketing campaigns. Channel and product development. Product marketing.

  • Promoting B2B experiences.

  • Manage large-scale paid performance channels.

  • Respond quickly to changes in online marketing and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities. Identify and execute real-time events and leverage them in the benefit of marketing opportunities

  • Leverage analytics tools to optimize the marketing funnel

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, techniques, and target audience challenges

  • Develop strong relationships internally and externally.


Expected Skills and Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, communications and e-commerce.

  • Proven experience leading and scaling cross-functional, dynamic teams.

  • Hands-on experience with B2B demand generation and business development.

  • Fluency in the full spectrum of technologies and tools, including (or similar) but not limited to: Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • A bias for action, an unwillingness to leave problems unsolved and a restless curiosity for figuring out new ways of solving problems.

  • Structured, pragmatic thinking, exceptional listening and communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Proven ability and willingness to review, with meticulous attention to detail, all of the final work product that your team creates.

  • Ambitious, articulate, proactive, and a fast-learning team player with a ‘can do’ attitude in a fast paced, ever changing virtual environment.

  • Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and excited by the prospect of scaling a hyper-growth company.

  • A digital native with a strong creative judgment and eye.

  • An optimist with a sense of humor and high energy to drive and motivate those around you.

  • Must be highly analytical and a natural problem solver.

  • Must be comfortable analyzing large data sets, have expert level MS Excel skills, and be able to effectively communicate findings

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
