We are seeking to employ a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our downtown office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist the manager and other employees with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the Manager to stay organized and complete tasks that allow him to focus on more advanced responsibilities.
Organizing and setting up of all meetings.
Taking minutes of all meetings
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Send reminders when necessary
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Work closely with manager and other employees to organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports or documents.
Responsible for engaging in event planning, meeting setup and implementation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess an ND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree in any related course.
Communication and collaboration skill.
Organizational skill.
Writing, Proficiency with Ms. Word and Excel is very important.
