Job Description



Job Responsibilities



  • Lead all aspects of sales, including strategy development & execution; pipeline development; conversions; target-setting; sales processes; and team recruitment, training, and motivation;

  • Drive the 10x growth of the business in 2022;

  • Lead the national expansion of the business, including prioritizing new locations, leading city launches, and ensuring strong performance;

  • Develop and lead new sales channels and initiatives;

  • Directly develop relationships with key customers;

  • Actively solicit customer feedback to drive improvements;

  • Ensure that the team is using appropriate tools to drive sales, including using technology to measure results; leverage data insights to drive sales results;

  • Study and derive appropriate lessons for Lifestores from competitor offerings & sales approach;

  • Work closely with the marketing team on new customer development & the increase of average basket size; collaborate closely with supply chain on the fulfillment of orders & formulary list expansion; work with finance on credit & collections

  • Serve as an active and engaged leadership team member


Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field; Master's Degree a plus

  • Experience Required: 10+ years of post-NYSC experience

  • Proven experience in driving sizeable sales growth, including leading a national sales force and developing and executing sales plans

  • Experience actively using data and analysis to drive sales strategy

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Significant healthcare sales leadership experience; experience with a large pharmaceutical manufacturer, distributor, or wholesaler is strongly preferred; start-up experience is a plus

  • We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, focused on customer needs, well-organized, self-motivated, and commercially savvy

  • You should be comfortable building & coaching a team. Given the early stage of the company, you should be comfortable working in a hands-on manner. In addition, you would be working closely with other leadership team members.
