We are looking to hire an Account/Admin Manager whose responsibilities include the accurate and timely preparation and analyses of all facets of the financial operations of the company and to oversee the general administration of the company.
Responsibilities
Budget preparation and analysis
Preparing the financial statements
Cash management
Submission of reports
Cash management and overshadowing accounts receivables, accounts payable, and all other fiscally related duties
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Coordinating the office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Qualifications
Applicant should be an Accounting graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience,
Professional certification is an added advantage
Administrative experience will also be an added advantage
