Responsibilities

• Packaging of NHF Loan applications for Customers to  Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (Writing  of Application letters, confirmation letters and Board Resolutions)


• Analysis of Customers Document for Management Credit Committee (MCC) Approval


• Scanning and Photocopy of NHF Documents for Customers


• Making memo for Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) Payments of Processing fee


• Notification of Approval and Disbursement of NHF Loan from FMBN to customers


• Customers Education/Answering questions from Prospective Customers Enquiries


• Preparation of NHF Loan Repayment Schedule And MEMO for approval for Payment of NHF Loan Repayment to FMBN


• Raising Remitta payment Ref.code for Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) NHF Loan Repayment of All the batches and Staff NHF Contributions Remittance to FMBN


• Reconciliation of FMBN Statements of Account of all our NHF Loan disbursed Batches with ITMB GL


• Follow up on All NHF Loan Batches submitted to FMBN for Approval


• Filling of FMBN Primary Mortgage Banks Loan Application Form


• Follow up/FMBN Organize Inspection of NHF Customers Property Inspections


• Scanning and Uploading of Mortgage Documents of Customers on Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company(NMRC) Mortgage Marketing System Schedule (MMSS) for Refinancing


• Preparation of Attached Correspondences/Deferred Letters to NMRC


• Preparation of Documents /Conditions Precedent to Drawdown


• Processing of 25% RSA balances for customers
