  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

  • Develop and implement logistics processes

  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

  • Asset Management- Asset tagging and monitoring

  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

  • Fuel requisition, purchase and allocation.

  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and equipment

  • Support in recruiting and developing a team to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery

  • Provide accurate and regular reportto the management on performance of the service delivery

  • Conduct performance assessment, training, and mentoring of personnel


Requirements



  • A minimum of First Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role

  • Ability to effectively communicate, read and write.

  • Leadership capabilities

  • Organizational abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Residing close to location is an added advantage
