Apply best practices to BOI accounts as well as sharing them with team members as needed
Use Google Analytics to track the impact of SEO, content marketing and social media etc.
Design and manage email marketing campaigns incl. content creation, list management,
Set up and optimise Google Ads and Social Media Advertising
Manage and optimise chatbot
Collate and report on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity
Requirements
Passionate about digital marketing, strategy and campaign design with deep subject matter expertise in Content Creation, Social Media Management & Marketing, Digital Media Buying, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM,
Minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience
Demonstrated experience in creating cutting edge digital marketing strategies & campaign, budgets, content calendars and digital marketing collateral,
Must possess strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of technology / web development / digital marketing / social media channels
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress
High energy, passion, and a good sense of humour
Experience working with Agencies an advantage
Analytical and proactive approach to tasks
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
