Description



  • Act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy for all digital marketing channels

  • Manage digital assets of Digital Marketing channel

  • Create a tailored digital marketing strategy, content marketing and social media strategy.

  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

  • Plan and manage BOI’s social media platforms incl. content creation, responding, daily management and engagement

  • Oversee and manage digital campaigns

  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets

  • Apply best practices to BOI accounts as well as sharing them with team members as needed

  • Use Google Analytics to track the impact of SEO, content marketing and social media etc.

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns incl. content creation, list management,

  • Set up and optimise Google Ads and Social Media Advertising

  • Manage and optimise chatbot

  • Collate and report on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity


Requirements



  • Passionate about digital marketing, strategy and campaign design with deep subject matter expertise in Content Creation, Social Media Management & Marketing, Digital Media Buying, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM,

  • Minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience

  • Demonstrated experience in creating cutting edge digital marketing strategies & campaign, budgets, content calendars and digital marketing collateral,

  • Must possess strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of technology / web development / digital marketing / social media channels

  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress

  • High energy, passion, and a good sense of humour

  • Experience working with Agencies an advantage

  • Analytical and proactive approach to tasks

  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

  • Strong attention to details

  • Strong Interest in research and personal development

  • Ability to spot consumer trends and behaviours through social listening

  • Ability to write high quality content for different social platforms

  • Strong people management and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.


Required Skills:



  • Campaign Development

  • Basic Digital Strategy Skills

  • Social Media Marketing Expertise

  • Basic Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Basic design skills such as HTML, CSS, Photoshop etc.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Basic website analytics skills, preferably using Google Analytics

  • Expertise in Image editing software, videography and photography

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

  • Basic knowledge in Email Marketing

  • Basic knowledge of Chatbot management.
