  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Provide strategic HR and administrative direction in the management of the Company by supporting the business objectives, fostering employee engagement and performance, and ensuring open lines of communication exists.

  • Provide strategic support to the Director and lead the change management initiatives across the Company.

  • Initiate the development and implementation of new policies as the need arises given the evolving nature of the Business.

  • Promote the corporate culture throughout the company by strategically integrating the Company values into all the HR processes.

  • Responsible for ensuring the adequacy of Human Capital (Manpower Planning) to support the business strategy and operational needs in line with the recruitment policy of the Company.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including the determination of key performance indicators linked to remuneration, performance appraisal, and coaching.

  • Initiate and conduct Talent/Leadership Assessments for high-potential employees and follow up on developmental requirements using the Currently Estimate Potential (CEP) strategy.

  • Provide up-to-date advice on employment laws and manage disciplinary/grievance issues.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across the company.
