Provide strategic support to the Director and lead the change management initiatives across the Company.
Initiate the development and implementation of new policies as the need arises given the evolving nature of the Business.
Promote the corporate culture throughout the company by strategically integrating the Company values into all the HR processes.
Responsible for ensuring the adequacy of Human Capital (Manpower Planning) to support the business strategy and operational needs in line with the recruitment policy of the Company.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Develop and implement performance management systems, including the determination of key performance indicators linked to remuneration, performance appraisal, and coaching.
Initiate and conduct Talent/Leadership Assessments for high-potential employees and follow up on developmental requirements using the Currently Estimate Potential (CEP) strategy.
Provide up-to-date advice on employment laws and manage disciplinary/grievance issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across the company.
