Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with the agency team and clients to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client's business goals and objectives.

  • Conduct research and gather data to understand clients' target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

  • Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign setup, bid management, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular reports and insights to clients.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging digital content, including website copy, landing pages, social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.

  • Assist in managing clients' social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively propose innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct website audits and provide recommendations for improving website visibility, user experience, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with external partners, such as influencers, publishers, and media outlets, to execute strategic partnerships and promotional activities.

  • Support the agency's business development efforts by participating in client pitches, creating marketing collateral, and contributing to proposals and presentations.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize digital marketing tactics to maximize ROI and deliver outstanding results for clients.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting or a client-facing role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and team members.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions for clients.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Demonstrated passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
